Meeting the Challenges of COVID-19

As our nation and the Lowcountry endures the current crisis, StoneWorks is adapting to meet the challenge for our employees, our clients, and our community. Our business goal has always been to spearhead our own path instead of following others. This has earned us the position as a trusted leader in our community and our industry for the last three decades. We emphasize creativity, technology, and a superior customer experience. The COVID-19 crisis provides StoneWorks yet another opportunity to take the lead.

Most recently, we have worked to improve the customer experience. In the last few weeks, we have adapted by adding more virtual services. Our showroom is open by appointment only and we are readily available to you by scheduling a visit and consultation with one of our designers. They are working remotely and can connect with you by phone, email or by online conferencing. Functionality recently added to our website makes it easier for you and our designers to create spaces for your home. Clients can now view our current slab inventory from our homepage. Also, clients can create spaces for their home by using the “Room Visualizer” also accessible via our home page.

A part of our StoneWorks DNA is looking forward. We remain committed to serving the Lowcountry community for many years to come. So, even amidst this national crisis, we are moving forward with our expansion plans Preparation work continues at our new facility in Port Royal, SC. We anticipate the pace of prep work to pick up in the coming weeks and we are on track to open this summer.

You can see that we are adjusting to these changing times. It’s what we know. It’s what we do. We meet the challenges put before us. We have given great thought and much consideration to our path forward. Rest assured, that the safety and well-being of our employees, our clients, and our community are continuously at the forefront of our thinking.

We appreciate the opportunity to continue to serve you & the Lowcountry.
