The Fabrication Process
During the next three days, the material that you selected will be transformed from raw slabs into finished countertop pieces. The company has made substantial machinery investments over the years in order to produce precise, accurate, and brilliant countertops. We use large diamond blade bridge saws in oder to blank out rectangular shapes and cut reinforcement slots. CNC routing technology is then used to cut and profile intricate shapes, edge details, and appliance cutouts. All final polishing, fitting, and sealing is performed by highly trained craftsmen.
