



The day after templating is always set aside for customer layout. Participation is not required, but it is highly recommended. Following a successful template, clients will be called to set up a layout appointment.
Some processes are better off using old fashioned methods. Layout tends to be one of those. It is best to be standing in front of your actual slabs to determine where to cut. You can work around any imperfections, as well as include your favorite parts of the material. Here are some tips:
The templates are basically taped to the slabs in a way that works best for your job. We will tape them up, move them around, then do it again until you are satisfied. That's the whole purpose of this step.
